Meal Prep Services

Q: How does the meal prep subscription work?

A: Our meal prep service offers two subscription plans: a 3-day plan (meals delivered 3 times a week) and a 5-day plan (meals delivered 3 times a week with multiple meals per delivery). Meals are priced at $20 each, and you can choose between 4-pack, 5-pack, or 6-pack options depending on the number of servings you need.

Q: When are meals delivered?

A: Meals are delivered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday regardless of your subscription plan. For the 5-day plan, Monday and Tuesday’s meals are both delivered on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday’s meals are delivered on Wednesday, and Friday’s meal is delivered on Friday. For the 3-day plan, meals are delivered fresh on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Q: How do I store and reheat the meals?

A: All meals are delivered in meal prep containers. They are refrigerator- and microwave-safe, with instructions provided for reheating.

Q: Is there a minimum subscription period?

A: We require a minimum subscription period of one month to streamline operations and ensure the best experience for our customers.
